You know a lot about migraine.
But you still feel stuck in it.
This work is for people who want to understand not only migraine itself, but the patterns that can develop around living with it. If these feel familiar, this may be the kind of support you’ve been missing.
You’re constantly monitoring how your body feels.
Every sensation gets analyzed. Is an attack starting? Did I do something wrong? Should I cancel what I had planned? It can feel impossible to stop checking.
Your world has gotten smaller trying to stay safe.
Foods, exercise, travel, social plans, screens, sleep, stress. Avoiding possible triggers can start to feel like a full-time job.
You feel like you have to do everything perfectly.
The perfect sleep schedule. The perfect meals. The perfect routine. One change can feel like it might undo all the work you’ve done.
A good day still doesn’t feel completely safe.
Instead of simply enjoying it, part of your brain is already wondering when the next attack will come or trying to get everything done before it does.
You understand your triggers, but fear still drives your decisions.
You don’t want to ignore your body. You want to learn how to respond to symptoms and uncertainty without automatically treating everything as danger.
You’re ready to practice something different.
You’re not looking for a cure or another rigid protocol. You want a framework, personalized tools, and support putting them into practice in real life.
If this sounds familiar, The Reset is where I recommend starting.
Six weeks of structured 1:1 support to understand your patterns, build your personalized framework, and begin practicing a different response.
PhD Candidate
Computational Neuroscience, UC San Diego
15+ years with migraine
From fully disabled to remission
I’ve studied the nervous system.
I’ve also lived this.
I’m Morgan, a computational neuroscience PhD candidate at UC San Diego and the creator of Life With Migraine. But long before I studied the brain, I was trying to understand my own.
I spent more than 15 years living with migraine, including years when chronic migraine left me fully disabled. I know what it’s like for your world to become organized around symptoms, triggers, treatments, and the question of when the next attack will come.
My recovery involved more than finding the right treatment. It also meant changing how I understood and responded to my nervous system, gradually rebuilding trust in my body, and learning how to live without organizing everything around the possibility of an attack.
This coaching brings those two perspectives together: the neuroscience I study and the lived experience I wish someone had been able to guide me through.
The support I wish I’d had while learning how to live beyond migraine.

No. This is educational coaching, not medical care or psychotherapy. I don’t diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication changes, or replace your healthcare providers. Coaching focuses on helping you better understand migraine and your nervous system, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and practice strategies for responding differently. I encourage clients to continue working with their medical team alongside coaching.
Before we work together, you’ll complete a client intake form so I can learn more about your migraine history, what you’ve already tried, what you’re struggling with now, and what you’re hoping to get from coaching. I review each intake personally to make sure what you’re looking for falls within the scope of coaching and that I believe I can meaningfully support you. If I don’t think coaching with me is the right fit, I’ll let you know before we move forward.
Because coaching is not a diagnostic service, I strongly recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider to evaluate your symptoms and establish an appropriate medical care plan. If you’re unsure whether coaching is appropriate for your situation, you can explain that in your intake form and I’ll determine whether what you’re looking for falls within the scope of my coaching.
The Reset is my recommended starting
point for new clients who want structured, hands-on
support. It includes six weekly 50-minute sessions
plus a personalized training program, structured
check-ins, practices, and resources.
The Rebuild is ongoing,
higher-touch support for clients who are actively
practicing these skills and want regular guidance,
with two 30-minute sessions per month plus weekly
structured check-ins.
The Maintain is lower-touch ongoing
support for clients who are ready to work more
independently while keeping a consistent coaching
touchpoint.
The Migraine Strategy Session is a
standalone 60-minute session for one specific
challenge or question when you don’t need ongoing
coaching.
I’ll review your intake to determine whether your goals and needs are a good fit for the scope of my coaching. If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive next steps for moving forward and scheduling your first session. If I don’t believe I’m the right person to support what you’re looking for, I’ll let you know rather than accepting you into a coaching program that isn’t appropriate for your needs.
All coaching sessions are virtual via video call, so you can join from wherever you’re comfortable. Once you’re accepted into coaching and complete the booking process, you’ll receive scheduling and call details. Your intake form also gives me the context I need to prepare before we meet.
Once you submit your intake form, I’ll review it and send you next steps if we’re a good fit. Start dates and session availability depend on my current coaching capacity. Because I keep my client roster intentionally limited, there may occasionally be a wait before a spot becomes available.
Yes. Before your first session, you’ll complete a coaching agreement and liability waiver that outlines the scope of coaching, expectations, boundaries, and important policies. This must be completed before we begin working together.
